This hotel suits me perfectly with amazing amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I greatly appreciated. Sandy, the breakfast host, was exceptional, providing fantastic service. I always look forward to returning, especially for Christmas.

Comfortable bed and spacious room.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of parking during my stay. It was a busy Saturday with multiple weddings, and although I understand hotels can be busy, there should be adequate parking for guests. To make matters worse, I struggled to find a spot and then returned to find my car had been hit, with the hotel's management providing no support at all.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore all the shops and restaurants on foot. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with our two small toddlers. The breakfast setup was fantastic, with a great buffet and the option to order hot items separately, which made our mornings delightful. Although we had a small hiccup with our dinner reservation, the management was responsive and offered us a free bottle of wine as an apology. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay for our family.

i had a fabulous stay at plaza hotel, spa & leisure! the twin room was spacious, and the jacuzzi bath was pure bliss. every morning, i enjoyed a wonderful vegi breakfast. the staff, especially monika, were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel special.

We had a wonderful two-night stay, enjoying excellent service from the moment we checked in. The staff went above and beyond, adding a personal touch that made us feel welcome, especially the kind lady at the front desk. The food in the on-site restaurant was delightfully cooked, and the breakfast included freshly made to order options which were fantastic. One minor improvement could be to expedite the dinner service as we waited a while for our starters. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and we’d love to return!

We stayed in a Family Room and it was super comfy! Beds were plush, and the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I loved the spacious layout too. Some rooms might overlook the outdoor bar area, which could be noisy during events, but ours was quiet. Definitely recommend a room with a garden view if you can get it. The bathroom setup was great—separate shower and bath. Can't complain about the room at all!
